Submit Your Request: Provide all required documentation for the work completed.
In-Person Inspection: Our team conducts a quick, on-site inspection to verify the progress.
Release of Funds: Once verified, we release the funds promptly.
This entire process typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on how quickly you submit and verify documentation, ensuring your project stays on track without delays.

Yes. The draw fee is $150. This includes the cost of the inspection.

MCM Capital Funding requires a complete submission of the Draw Request Form, copies of the paid invoices/receipts, and photos of the completed work.

Our team will visually inspect the property to verify the completed work.

From the submission to the deposit, the entire process will take 2-5 business days.

The final draw is initiated when the project is 100% complete.

You can request as many as you need, however each draw is $150. We recommend no more than 3-4 draws per project to keep your costs down.
